Key responsibilities
- Provide personalised service and build strong relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty.
- Utilise in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure the showroom is impeccably presented and stocked with the latest products.
- Proactively reach out to existing clients to inform them about new arrivals, promotions, and events.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the team.
- Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently to maximise satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date product displays and ensure adherence to company standards at all times.
Experience & skills
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar sales advisory role is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clientele.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support team goals.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous such as Arabic & Russian.
