Job description
Agility Logistics Parks is hiring an experienced Architectural Engineer for its operations in Al Jahra, Kuwait. This role encompasses full-cycle architectural project responsibilities including client consultation, concept development, design production, documentation, and construction follow-up. The engineer will work closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure projects meet aesthetic, structural, financial, and regulatory benchmarks. This role is ideal for a senior architect with hands-on site experience and strong client-facing capabilities.

Key responsibilities
- Interact with clients to collect information on design requirements, project budget, and structural needs.
- Specify project requirements including estimated costs, material selection, and timeline.
- Prepare and present architectural proposals and design concepts to clients.
- Recommend design options aligned with client needs, budget constraints, and site conditions.
- Develop architectural drawings using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, 3D Max, and manual drafting techniques.
- Collaborate with engineering consultants and internal departments during all project phases.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure records are properly filed.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site design issues, and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Review and approve workshop drawings, technical specifications, and bidding documents.
- Ensure adherence to local codes and regulations, including interactions with the Kuwait Municipality and Fire Department.
- Modify designs based on management or client feedback.
- Attend conferences and workshops to stay current on industry developments.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 8â12 years of architectural design and construction oversight experience.
- Registered with the Kuwait Society of Engineers.
- Proficient in design software including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and 3D Max.
- Strong project management and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with Kuwaitâs municipal permitting and fire safety approval processes.
- Ability to work on-site and travel for project inspections and meetings.
