Job description
Aconex, SharePoint and other Document Management System (DMS) platforms hold every project document on this Riyadh programme, and this specialist keeps them in order. Documents move between the Client, PMO team, Consultants and Contractors, and timely submission, review and approval depend on that flow being well coordinated. Registers for drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, deliverables, compliance sheets and program correspondence need constant updating. Incoming and outgoing documents are logged, distributed and filed, and transmittals go out with full traceability. Review cycles are monitored closely, with follow-ups to stakeholders as deadlines approach. Version control is strict, so only the latest approved documents are ever in use. Submissions are checked against program requirements and quality standards, and archives are kept ready for audits. A Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years as a Document Controller with hands-on Aconex, SharePoint or EDMS experience, and strong English are required.
