Job description
The Special Projects Manager will lead high-impact, creator-led initiatives and strategic projects within the ecosystem. The role requires expertise in the creator and startup landscape, strong relationships within the VC and investment community, and the ability to turn ideas into actionable programs that drive engagement, growth, and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute creator-led special projects from concept to delivery
- Develop, launch, and manage new programs under Creator Special Projects initiatives
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and legal
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, VCs, founders, and ecosystem partners
- Design events, workshops, collaborations, and community initiatives to support creators and founders
- Track project performance, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring measurable impact
- Prepare reports and updates for internal leadership
- Adapt to changing priorities and provide solutions to project challenges
- Identify emerging trends in the creator and startup ecosystem to inform new initiatives
Experience & skills
- 5+ years experience in startups, venture capital, creator economy, ecosystem building, or program management
- Strong understanding of the creator ecosystem, digital content, and venture landscape
- Proven experience launching or managing programs, initiatives, or strategic partnerships
- Excellent project management, operational, and organizational skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in ambiguity and building initiatives from scratch
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and outcomes
