Job description
The Property Management Associate at SmartCrowd in Dubai is responsible for safeguarding and maintaining a growing portfolio of real estate assets. The role requires bridging communication between property owners, contractors, and building management while overseeing both the physical and financial health of properties. Responsibilities include contract management for internal and external owners, arranging and supervising maintenance inspections, sourcing competitive contractor quotations, managing work permits, conducting pre-move-in and move-out inspections to ensure property quality standards, and overseeing utility and service charge payments. The associate will also manage landlord-side operations on platforms like Keyper and Tern, coordinate with building management for permits, handle contractor and owner payments, manage office and asset support, and assist in legal dispute management with accurate documentation. This on-site role blends office coordination with hands-on property management across Dubai.
