Job description
SIRO One Za'abeel is Dubai's first digitally integrated fitness and recovery hotel, built around personal training, personal coaching, fitness coaching, treatments and recovery services under the Kerzner International group. Reporting to the Director of Fitness, the Performance Operations Manager drives the operational and financial performance of SIRO Fitness and Recovery, keeping the department viable and every resource working hard. Day to day, this means integrating Fitness and Recovery operations, team performance, scheduling, productivity, commercial delivery, budgeting, quality control, safety and service standards into one running operation. You'll prepare monthly financial and statistical reports, support the annual budget and commercial strategy, and keep departmental costs, payroll, commissions and stock strictly controlled against monthly targets. Revenue, average spend, utilisation, conversion, repeat bookings and the productivity of Personal Trainers, Coaches and Therapists all get tracked closely, with action plans stepping in wherever numbers slip. Training plans, daily inspections and SOPs keep quality, hygiene, safety and brand standards consistent across the Fitness Lab, Recovery Lab and every associated space. Cross department work with Membership, Guest and Member Experience, Front Office, Marketing, F&B and Rooms brings Fitness, Recovery, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindfulness together for each guest and member. Guest complaints, VIP requests and service recovery decisions land here too, alongside coaching and motivating the team toward sales, service and satisfaction goals.
