Job description
Responsible for providing strategic leadership to drive growth initiatives across the UAE market for Revolut, overseeing campaigns across the product suite to showcase customer value and accelerate market expansion. This role entails maintaining a whole-of-business perspective, building and leading the local Growth team, driving and monitoring growth performance, negotiating key partnerships and vendor contracts locally and regionally, collaborating with Product Owners to improve internal growth methods and tools, and working closely with Operations teams to conceive, fund, and execute campaigns that deliver meaningful customer value and revenue growth. Ensures alignment with other markets for regional and global growth initiatives, leverages data-informed decisions to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies, and participates in high-level leadership forums to influence business-wide outcomes. Requires experience in a high-growth, agile environment, strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of consumer marketing and growth drivers, and the ability to build strong partnerships and scale marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

- Support the development, mentoring, and KPI achievement of Growth team members
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 10 years of B2C marketing experience using Through The Line channels to drive customer acquisition
- Proven experience in building and leading teams, investing in development, and enabling KPI delivery
- Experience participating in leadership forums with business-wide impact
- Advanced analytical skills with a track record of making data-informed decisions
- In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing strategies and growth drivers
- Relevant experience in a high-growth, agile environment
- Ability to build and manage relationships and partnerships, facilitating negotiations and execution
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Fluency in English
