Key responsibilities
- Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project with transparent communication at all levels.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
- Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, maintaining systems processes.
- Deliver monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, initiating and delivering requirements formally.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration.
- Respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and systems development.
- Proficiency in data analytics and systems integration.
- Ability to create prototypes, perform usability testing, and implement quality assurance processes.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in AI, big data, or digital transformation projects is an advantage.
