Job description
Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join its regional cybersecurity services team based in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering expert-level design, implementation, and training services on Check Point security technologies to clients across the GCC and Turkey. This position involves significant customer-facing interaction and includes 25% travel within the region. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive, service-oriented approach to security consulting.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Act as the designated Professional Services consultant for the Turkey and GCC region
- Deliver remote and on-site consulting services including security solution design, implementation, and training
- Serve as a Check Point product advocate and technical advisor to customers
- Collaborate closely with local teams and support account strategy
- Travel regionally (approximately 25% of the time) to support customer engagements
- Lead planning, design, and execution of end-to-end security projects, including writing high-level and low-level design documentation
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience with IP-based networks and network security solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Check Point security products ā mandatory
- Proficient in firewall, VPN, IPS, antivirus, and application control technologies
- Solid foundation in network infrastructure components such as routing, switching, and load balancing
- Experienced in face-to-face customer service delivery and technical consulting
- Experience delivering technical training is an advantage
- Proven troubleshooting expertise and project leadership in security environments
- Knowledge of VSX and MDS is a plus
- Self-motivated with a willingness to continuously learn new technologies
