Job description
The role supports Property Finderās media department by coordinating with media agencies and direct clients to obtain campaign materials, collaborating with the Media Operations team to ensure timely campaign launches, and working with the Ad-operation team to prepare performance reports, track campaign progress, and provide ongoing updates to clients. Responsibilities include maintaining follow-ups on active campaign schedules through Google Ad Manager, ensuring smooth operational workflows between media, development, and finance teams, preparing client statements of account and invoices in collaboration with the finance team, and managing proactive follow-up to secure timely payments. The position contributes to operational efficiency by supporting communication, documentation accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration, while performing additional duties relevant to media coordination and campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with media agencies and direct clients to receive campaign materials according to specifications
- Collaborate with the Media Operations team to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule
- Work with the Ad-operation team to prepare performance reports and track campaign progress for clients
- Share campaign updates and reporting with clients as needed
- Work with the finance team to prepare client statements of account and invoices
- Ensure timely payments through proactive follow-up and collection activities
- Maintain smooth operational workflows between media, development, and finance teams
- Track campaign schedules and delivery through Google Ad Manager
- Perform other duties relevant to media and operational support as required
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorās degree in Marketing or a related field
- Possess a minimum of 1+ year of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or sales management, preferably in the UAE
- Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate strong English written and verbal communication skills; Arabic is a plus
- Have CRM experience (preferred)
