Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain all documentation and procedures including the HSEMS system on site
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
• Initiate and organize HSE trainings & TBTs for pilots, other employees, visitors, and contractors
• Conduct safety walkabouts in the depot to stop unsafe acts/conditions and report anomalies
• Conduct investigations of all accidents and near-misses
• Inspect the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformities
• Establish and enforce company safety policies, procedures and SOP as needed
• Conduct spot checks on pilots to ensure that they are following SOPs
• Conduct site safety visits to ensure safe delivery of product to clients
• Participate in ER drills and act as an emergency responder during real emergencies
• Verify that all tools and equipment are adequate and safe for use
• Review the Incident Action Plan for safety implications
• Review and approve all subcontractor safety plans
• Coordinate registration and removal of hazardous waste through DM portal
• Identify training needs of pilots and other employees and communicate to HSE Manager
• Ensure proper traffic and asset management within the depot
• Conduct routine checks on fire systems, spill kits and other safety equipment at depot & on trucks
• Inspect tools, ladders, and other safety-critical equipment
• Perform random alco-blow checks on pilots and report anomalies
• Carry out any other HSE related tasks or projects assigned by the HSE Manager
