Job description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Networking Partner Account Manager (PAM) to serve as a trusted advisor to key partners and to develop scalable selling ecosystems aligned with HPEās strategic goals. This onsite role in Dubai involves driving revenue, pipeline, and profitability through joint business planning and solution-based selling. The PAM will develop expert knowledge of partner industries, IT investments, and HPEās portfolio to influence partner sales strategies and coordinate HPE-led initiatives. The position requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and collaboration with partners and HPE internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Partner on emerging trends in alignment with HPE business priorities
- Create and lead joint business plans with the Partner to drive HPE revenue and profitability
- Communicate HPE business strategies to effectively 'sell with', 'sell to', and 'sell through' the Partner
- Tailor solutions and messaging to align with Partnerās ecosystem and customer profile
- Build executive-level relationships with Partners to grow HPE market share
- Coordinate HPE activities such as marketing, sales cadence, planning, and education with Partners
- Drive account mapping processes and align field sales to enhance partner value
- Lead implementation of HPE programs with the Partner to build loyalty and expand sales
- Recruit and develop new partner relationships
- Ensure Partner compliance with HPEās SBC and legal requirements
Experience & skills
- University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 6ā10+ years of selling experience at end-user account or partner level
- Experience selling to partners in a complex environment
- Thorough awareness of current technology trends and HPE strategy
- Sales acumen to influence Partner behavior and formulate solutions
- Strong understanding of financial and business fundamentals
- Comprehensive knowledge of HPE product portfolio
- Understanding of Partner industry, trends, and competitors
- Skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and sales forecasting
- Excellent communication and time management skills
