Job description
The Finance Enterprise Partner (Analyst) at Roche in Riyadh plays a pivotal role in bridging financial expertise with commercial strategy to drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the organization. This position partners closely with business leaders to challenge assumptions, assess opportunities, and guide resource allocation through data-driven financial insights. The role involves supporting business planning, financial monitoring, and strategic pricing to ensure that commercial objectives are met efficiently. The FEP monitors and manages sales and expenses, evaluates customer and portfolio profitability, and collaborates on developing sustainable pricing strategies in alignment with Rocheās financial policies. The incumbent will also support commercial deal calculations, lead discussions with Sales teams to determine optimal pricing strategies, and provide ongoing visibility into business performance through comprehensive reporting and analysis. Additionally, the FEP ensures compliance with financial operations, maintains the integrity of financial records, and participates in cross-functional and global initiatives to improve processes and drive continuous improvement. The position requires strong financial acumen, analytical skills, ERP expertise (particularly SAP), and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights that inform decision-making.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and challenge strategic ambitions, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare commercial deal calculations and lead pricing discussions with the Sales team to determine optimal pricing structures.
- Monitor and manage customer and portfolio profitability to inform and refine business strategies.
- Provide actionable, data-driven financial insights to key business partners on strategic business topics.
- Support business planning processes and collaborate with Finance teams on forecasting and budgeting.
- Assess the financial viability of commercial offerings, accounting for risk and competition, and develop sustainable pricing strategies.
- Ensure financial operations comply with Rocheās accounting policies and maintain the integrity of financial records.
- Participate in local, regional, and global process improvement and innovation initiatives within Finance.
- Serve as an operational interface between Finance Excellence partners and Shared Services teams.
- Stay up-to-date on accounting standards, financial regulations, and organizational policies to maintain technical expertise.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a commercial or sales-focused environment.
- Proficiency in SAP or equivalent ERP systems and solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to link business goals to financial outcomes.
- Attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Commercial and customer-centric mindset capable of synthesizing financial and operational data holistically.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
