Job description
As a Digital Marketing Analyst within Aramcoâs Channel Management Division, the role leverages data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns across corporate channels (website, social media, Aramco Life application and print publications). Responsibilities include providing in-depth analysis of social media and website performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunities, assessing KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, performing audience segmentation and behavior analysis to inform targeting strategies, and delivering comprehensive reporting in clear, actionable formats for stakeholders. The position evaluates emerging trends and technologies in digital and social media marketing analytics to ensure tools and methodologies remain cutting-edge, conducts testing of creative formats and messaging strategies, and drives both organic and paid traffic by improving search engine visibility while monitoring algorithm changes. The analyst collaborates with content creators and web developers to implement strategies that improve rankings and maximize Return On Investment, uses analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software, applies campaign tracking and reporting methodologies, and utilizes digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to inform data-driven decisions and align insights with broader social media and company objectives.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media and website analytics, including at least 2 years focused on campaign performance reporting and data-driven optimization
- Understanding of analytics tools, social media and website insights platforms, and data visualization software
- Expertise in social media and website promotion and optimization, audience segmentation, campaign tracking, and reporting methodologies
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
