Job description
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is hiring a Senior Product Manager (titled Home Delivery Manager) to lead the growth and strategy for its online F&B delivery business across VOX Cinemas and affiliated shadow brands. Based in Riyadh, this role is critical in driving customer experience, increasing delivery sales, and managing strategic partnerships with food delivery aggregators across the region. The position requires a strong blend of product lifecycle management experience and industry knowledge in online food delivery or e-commerce.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-driven strategy to expand the Home Delivery business
- Identify new growth opportunities by conducting research and analysis to address performance gaps
- Set and manage the Home Delivery budget and forecasts
- Manage end-to-end delivery of critical projects, ensuring milestones are achieved and business outcomes are met
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with regional online food delivery aggregators to optimize visibility and sales
- Develop and implement improvements to online menus, optimizing product visibility, pricing, and presentation for improved sales conversion
- Monitor costs and drive profitability through proactive decision-making and effective cost management
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in any discipline
- 4+ years of experience in product management with exposure to the full product lifecycle
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in online food delivery, e-commerce, or a related industry
- Experience delivering product strategies in emerging markets is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
