Restaurants, catering, and banquet operations all fall under one Food & Beverage Manager at Edge Al Rabie in Riyadh, spanning both front and back of house. Short and long term planning for food & beverage operations sits with you, balancing customer satisfaction and quality service against financial goals that need meeting or exceeding. Food and beverage quality standards, along with guest service quality, need maintaining across every outlet the hotel runs. Employees get coached, trained, and managed within the hotel's organization structure, building the team needed to deliver consistent quality. Budgeted revenues and expenses get tracked closely, with profitability across the food & beverage department staying a constant focus. Other hotel departments benefit too, since food & beverage performance contributes to their own profitability and guest satisfaction scores. Local and national sales and marketing programs get implemented and maintained, while menus, package deals, promotions, displays, and decorations all get developed within corporate guidelines. Compliance runs through the role as well, covering business operations, legal regulations, and company SOPs across every outlet.
