Job description
The Coordinator, Drilling Services (FRAC) role at ADNOC Drilling in the United Arab Emirates is responsible for coordinating and supporting hydraulic fracturing operations within the Pressure Pumping Division. The position manages daily fracturing schedules, operational documentation, logistical support, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth execution of fracturing services. The role involves maintaining accurate records of fracturing operations, including equipment usage, personnel deployment, and operational data, while preparing operational reports, performance metrics, and compliance documentation. The coordinator facilitates communication between the FRAC Department, field teams, and internal departments, oversees procurement and inventory management of fracturing materials and equipment, and provides logistical support such as transportation arrangements and equipment availability. The position supports departmental budget preparation, monitors expenses, processes invoices, and ensures adherence to safety protocols, UAE regulations, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice, and international standards. In addition to job-specific duties, the role contributes to operational planning, budget management, policy and procedure development, performance management systems, risk management, innovation initiatives, continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards, health, safety, environment, sustainability compliance, and preparation of management information system reports to support effective business decision-making.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hydraulic fracturing operations and schedules to align with project timelines and resource availability.
- Maintain accurate records of fracturing activities including equipment usage, personnel deployment, and operational data.
- Facilitate communication between the FRAC Department, field teams, and other departments within the Pressure Pumping Division.
- Prepare and process operational reports, performance metrics, compliance documentation, and operational review materials.
- Oversee procurement, inventory tracking, and supplier coordination for fracturing materials and equipment.
- Provide logistical support for field operations including transportation arrangements and equipment and personnel availability.
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and controlling departmental budgets, expenses, and invoice processing.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, UAE regulations, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling, client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice, and HSE standards.
- Support development and implementation of operational plans, policies, systems, procedures, internal controls, and performance management mechanisms.
- Contribute to risk management, innovation, continuous improvement initiatives, ISO-aligned process improvements, and MIS reporting.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a coordination role within the oilfield services industry, preferably focused on hydraulic fracturing or pressure pumping operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and other office productivity tools.
- Experience using ERP software such as SAP.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English language.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements, asset integrity management standards, and regulatory compliance within oil and gas operations.
