Job description
The Senior Brand Marketing Associate at Chalhoub Group supports the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives that enhance market presence and bring the brand to life. The role involves public relations, influencer partnerships, event coordination, supplier management, and brand storytelling. Key responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brands positioning, brand values, and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage influencer partnerships and product seeding programs, ensuring timely content delivery, proper usage rights, and consistent performance tracking.
- Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and partnerships, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing activities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including visual merchandising, communications, and digital presence.
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to support product launches and exclusive collections.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and creative assets.
- Support budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor management as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools to bring innovative ideas to the team.
- Provide support on ad-hoc brand marketing projects and initiatives as directed by the Brand Marketing Manager.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in brand marketing or PR, ideally in luxury retail across the region.
- Strong media relations and public relations skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Arabic speaking a plus.
- Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PR tools or media monitoring platforms is a plus.
