Job description
We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media and Public Relations Manager to lead strategic communication campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage affluent audiences, and reinforce Red Sea Global’s position as a premier developer of luxury residential properties in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing high-end social media content, cultivating strong media relationships, overseeing community engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring crisis management readiness. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi and GCC digital ecosystem, a strong luxury aesthetic, and proven experience managing agencies, influencers, and PR initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok
- Curate, create, and oversee premium content that reflects the aspirational lifestyle aligned with developments
- Manage a content calendar in coordination with marketing, sales, and events teams
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on engagement and conversion KPIs
- Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and influencer opportunities relevant to the Saudi and GCC luxury market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier local, regional, and international media outlets
- Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and executive speeches
- Secure high-impact media coverage for key events, product launches, and partnerships
- Coordinate press interviews, site visits, and media events with PR agencies and partners
- Monitor social channels for engagement and respond promptly using the brand's tone of voice
- Engage with followers by liking, commenting, and sharing user-generated content
- Address customer inquiries via social media in coordination with customer service
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using analytics tools
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations
- Refine content strategies using data-driven insights
- Monitor brand mentions for crisis management and escalate issues as needed
- Monitor employee social activity to prevent and manage potential information leaks
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in social media and/or public relations within luxury real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
- Deep understanding of the Saudi and GCC media and digital ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic highly preferred
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and luxury brand understanding
- Experience managing agencies, content creators, and PR consultants
- Proficiency in social analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
