Job description
The Sales Executive - Bengali Speaker at Odoo Dubai is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process for small to medium business clients, from lead qualification to closing deals. The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored business management solutions, attending networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks, and collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to drive growth and revenue. The position requires leveraging communication skills in English and Bengali, problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for sales to establish trust and long-term relationships with clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and goals, ensuring Odoo’s solutions align with their operational requirements
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements
- Conduct thorough client needs analysis to provide customized solutions that enhance business efficiency and support growth objectives
- Participate actively in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility, build professional connections, and generate qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and market penetration
- Coordinate with product teams to provide client feedback, identify improvement areas, and ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to monitor progress, identify trends, and inform strategic planning
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position Odoo’s solutions and maintain a competitive advantage
Experience & skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets
- 0–2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within technology, software, or business management solutions sectors
- Fluency in English and Bengali with excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address client challenges, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing and product development to deliver cohesive solutions
- High level of motivation, a passion for sales, and the drive to consistently exceed performance targets
- Ability to attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Odoo and expand professional networks
- Capacity to learn quickly, adapt to evolving client needs, and stay updated on industry trends, business processes, and sales strategies
