Job description
Fairmont Bab Al Bahr, a 5-star luxury resort in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing department across administrative, social media, content production, and promotional tasks. The role involves assisting in media collaborations, coordinating marketing materials and photoshoots, supporting advertising campaigns, updating F&B channels, liaising with agencies, and researching emerging trends and marketing channels. This role offers a dynamic opportunity within the luxury hospitality sector, ideal for a marketing professional passionate about brand communication and operational execution.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly process purchase orders, expense reports, and vendor invoices
- Handle office-supply needs and departmental filings to support basic Marketing operations
- Coordinate client or guest requests for hotel photoshoots and video shoots
- Prepare complimentary request forms, entertainment forms, and departmental vouchers
- Assist with media stays and influencer reviews, including organizing hotel or site tours
- Manage inventory for Marketing and Sales promotional giveaways
- Coordinate updates and promotions on F&B partner channels such as ServMe platform
- Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager/DOM to plan and execute organic & paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms
- Assist in creating brochures, presentations, digital graphics, and offline promotional items
- Support monthly F&B photoshoot and content creation
- Manage the production lifecycle of marketing materials from briefing to supplier delivery
- Work closely with agencies to conceptualize and create menu designs, promotional collaterals, and other marketing materials
- Ensure all design assets align with brand guidelines and communicate key messages
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging marketing channels
- Conduct research to identify new business expansion opportunities
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Arabic language is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and CRM tools is a plus
