Job description
A Content Creator & Graphic Designer at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah is responsible for producing all visual content and graphics to meet the needs of the hotel's departments and outlets. This role ensures the Hilton brand standards are upheld through stimulating visual design and content that supports marketing strategies. Collaborating with the Director of Marketing, the role helps shape a cohesive and impactful brand identity across digital and print media, social platforms, and live events. The position includes both creative and administrative responsibilities, including design, copywriting, content capture, influencer coordination, analytics reporting, and vendor liaison.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design high-quality digital and print materials for all three hotels, including flyers, menus, promotional banners, room signage, and branded collateral
- Lead day-to-day content development and scheduling for social media accounts ensuring consistency in tone, look and feel across properties
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with hotel activations, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
- Capture and edit in-house photography and videos to promote experiences and events
- Write clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for social media, marketing materials, internal communications, and on-property promotions
- Translate marketing ideas into visually impactful designs that reflect the distinct identities of each property
- Ensure all visuals comply with Hilton and brand-specific design guidelines and quality standards
- Coordinate with influencers and content creators for cluster activations, including scheduling, briefing, and content tracking
- Monitor performance of posts and campaigns using Meta Business Suite and other tools; propose content improvements based on analytics
- Maintain the internal image and artwork archive in an organized manner for easy access by the team
- Support cluster-wide activations and campaigns by collaborating with the F&B, Rooms, and Commercial teams to understand creative needs
- Liaise with external vendors, photographers, or printers as needed for production of branded materials
- Provide relevant input and assistance to SBU projects and activities such as travel exhibitions and branding
- Keep detailed records on marketing materials including photo usage rights and vendor contracts
- Update menus, flyers, and hotel digital boards timely as per activations
- Support live events by capturing content for immediate or future use on social channels
- Support other departments with internal visual communication needs like Townhall invites and training posters
- Research trends and propose fresh visual ideas that align with current market styles
- Provide administrative support including project tracking, payment processing, and vendor communication
Experience & skills
- Technically skilled in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere
- Creative thinking and ability to develop new applications, ideas, systems, or products
- Experience in media production and communication techniques
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in visual production
- Strong understanding of content planning and execution
- Experience working with Meta Business Suite and campaign analytics tools
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and vendors
- Organized approach to digital asset management and archiving
- Capability to support live events and immediate content deployment
- Interest in brand identity, trend research, and experiential marketing
