Job description
The SAP Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities for SAP functional and technical roles within a dynamic IT client environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a strong focus on the Middle East and GCC region. The role involves developing and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-caliber SAP and ERP talent using platforms such as LinkedIn, niche job boards, professional networks, and headhunting techniques. A key responsibility includes managing nationalization strategies across GCC countries, including Saudization, Emiratization, and Qatarization, ensuring compliance with quota requirements such as UAE labor market mandates and Saudi Nitaqat tiers to avoid penalties and maintain business licensing. The role requires building strong local talent pipelines through partnerships with universities such as King Fahd University and Khalifa University, as well as government employment initiatives like Nafis. The position also includes candidate screening, technical evaluation, and structured interviews to assess SAP functional and technical expertise, ensuring alignment with hiring manager requirements. The SAP Talent Acquisition Manager collaborates closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and candidate profiles while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role involves overseeing candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, including visa processing, relocation support, and smooth integration of international hires. The position requires strong expertise in applicant tracking systems, recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, and the use of AI-driven tools to manage large volumes of applications while maintaining cultural sensitivity. Additional responsibilities include compensation benchmarking and salary negotiations within GCC market standards, understanding all-in compensation structures such as housing, transport, and flight allowances. The role also requires managing recruitment compliance through government digital platforms such as Qiwa, Ajeer, and MOHRE, ensuring all employment contracts are legally registered and compliant with regional labor laws. The SAP Talent Acquisition Manager also plays a key role in employer branding initiatives, enhancing organizational reputation through social media engagement and career fairs, while providing strategic workforce insights to HR leadership and practice heads based on market research, salary trends, and talent availability.
