The Middle East Digital Sales Manager, Operational Services at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is responsible for leading a high-performing digital sales team based in Riyadh and Cairo, operating under a hybrid work model. The role focuses on driving operational services support renewals, improving customer net dollar retention, and strengthening long-term customer relationships across enterprise accounts. It is accountable for developing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and managing strategic relationships with customers and key partners within a defined territory. The position involves leading team and individual performance, providing coaching and direction, and developing talent to build a capable, motivated, and growth-focused sales organization. The role operates within Operational Services expertise, resolving complex business and technical challenges, driving process improvements, and aligning operational changes with broader business strategy. It is responsible for overseeing daily tactical activities, sales execution, and performance monitoring for direct reports. The manager owns budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring strong sales discipline, pipeline hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC), and consistent execution of renewal and expansion strategies. It sets priorities, manages costs, leads recruitment and development activities, and enforces performance management through structured frameworks such as FPR. The role advises leadership on critical business issues, influences strategic decisions, and removes operational barriers to ensure team success. It builds a high-performance culture based on accountability, inclusion, and continuous growth while maintaining strong customer engagement with SMEs and senior stakeholders. The position requires deep understanding of Operational Services, outsourcing industry norms, and general enterprise technologies, while applying financial and business acumen to drive revenue growth and service excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing Digital Sales Team to drive installed-base renewals, Operational Services expansion, and Day One contract wins across the Middle East region.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring pipeline accuracy and sales discipline in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Set team priorities, oversee recruitment, manage costs, and provide strategic direction for sales execution and growth.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance through structured performance management frameworks.
- Advise senior leadership on critical business issues and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.
- Assign responsibilities, remove operational obstacles, and empower teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with SMEs and senior leaders to retain revenue and drive new business growth.
- Drive process improvements and operational changes aligned with business strategy and enterprise sales objectives.
- Ensure execution of customer retention, renewal, and expansion strategies across Operational Services portfolios.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and inclusive team culture focused on growth and results.
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, digital sales, or operational services within enterprise technology environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s or advanced degree preferred).
- Experience managing digital sales teams and driving enterprise-level revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of Operational Services and outsourcing industry practices.
- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) pipeline and sales management.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management in sales environments.
- Strong leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and talent development.
- Experience managing customer relationships and escalation processes in enterprise accounts.
- Understanding of business analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of industry and market trends within enterprise IT and services sectors.
