Job description
The Senior F&B Specialist ensures exceptional dining experiences in Emaarâs restaurant operations. The role supervises F&B service teams, enforces service standards, trains and coaches staff, and monitors performance to deliver seamless operations. Acting as a liaison between the restaurant team and management, this position maintains high-quality guest service, proactively addresses challenges, and drives operational excellence within a 5-star hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee all operational tasks in F&B service, ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures
- Coach and train staff on-the-job to enhance skills and performance
- Provide constructive feedback both on and off the job
- Analyze operations and assign resources effectively to meet service demand
- Conduct shift huddles to ensure seamless team communication and coordination
- Prevent guest complaints through proactive service and ensure proper service recovery when needed
- Maintain continuous communication with team members, prioritizing guest satisfaction
- Implement and support a performance-driven culture within the restaurant team
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with company policies
- Monitor team productivity and propose improvements to optimize workflow and guest experience
Experience & skills
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence
- Minimum of 4 yearsâ experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 yearsâ experience in an F&B supervisory role within a 5-star hotel or restaurant
- High school diploma required; college degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication skills for staff engagement and guest interactions
- Ability to analyze operations and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards
- Understanding of operational metrics and performance-driven culture
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage complaints effectively
