Key responsibilities

• Diagnose complex system faults on Electric Vehicles and perform preventative maintenance
• Support, coach, and guide other workshop team members on diagnosis and repair procedures
• Ensure high-quality repairs with minimal return jobs
• Document and communicate clearly with Service Advisors, Technical Advisors, and customers
• Provide input on work processes, tools, and environment to improve efficiency
• Ensure EVs are safe for junior technicians to work on
• Assist spare parts staff with correct part and tooling identification
• Maintain safe working environment around EV systems in compliance with HSSE standards
