Job description
The Client Solutions Manager - Fintech (Outbound, Global Business Solutions) at TikTok in Dubai, UAE, is responsible for establishing and scaling long-term client relationships by providing tailored solutions leveraging TikTok's ad products. The role focuses on guiding clients through digital advertising strategies, optimizing campaigns with data-driven insights, fostering product adoption, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing pre-sales support, resolving product-related issues, conducting business reviews, and identifying new opportunities to grow client engagement globally. The manager will support clients in the METAP region, including Eastern Europe, Turkey, and MENA, covering industries such as fintech, utilities, lifestyles, and services, with a strong focus on outbound campaigns.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor guiding clients on TikTok advertising products and features
- Drive adoption and growth of TikTok's full suite of products within client campaigns
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
- Provide actionable product-driven insights to clients to refine strategies
- Work with product teams to ensure clients utilize the latest features and provide feedback
- Assist pre-sales efforts through market research, pitches, and advising on product solutions
- Identify and resolve product-related issues during campaign execution
- Focus on client retention, upsell, renewals, and driving long-term business growth
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure continued success and explore growth opportunities
Experience & skills
- At least 3+ years in client-facing roles at social media advertising platforms or user acquisition
- Strong background in digital marketing, account management, or consultancy
- High oral fluency in Russian and English
- Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and performance measurement techniques
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem and trends in fintech and related sectors
- Client-centric with strong communication, relationship-building, project management, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed
