Job description
As a Client Account Lead (CAL) at the Associate Director level within Accentureās Public Sector practice in the UAE, you will oversee the strategic growth and delivery of client accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to senior government officials. You will lead business development efforts, manage client relationships, ensure project excellence, and align initiatives with UAEās national vision. The role requires deep knowledge of government dynamics, exceptional leadership, and the ability to navigate complex environments to drive innovation and public value.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Public sector clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and expansion of Accentureās footprint within the account.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including government officials and urban development leaders.
- Identify opportunities to introduce innovative solutions, leveraging Accentureās capabilities in technology, consulting, and operations to address client challenges.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing risks, budgets, and timelines effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Lead and mentor account teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, government policies, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and thought leadership to clients.
- Drive initiatives that align with UAEās national vision and urban development goals, supporting the transformation of municipalities and transportation systems.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in business administration, engineering, public policy, or a related field
- Masterās degree or equivalent professional certification is preferred
- 12+ years of experience in client management, consulting, or business development, with a focus on the public sector
- Proven track record of managing large-scale accounts and delivering successful outcomes
- Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks and market dynamics
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account strategies
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
- Deep knowledge of UAEās national vision and urban development goals is a plus
