Job description
Lean Technologies is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to spearhead go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and enhance sales enablement across its open banking product suite. Based in Dubai, this role serves as the bridge between Product and Commercial teamsâcrafting compelling positioning, developing sales collateral, and using market insights to shape product strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep B2B SaaS marketing expertise, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to distill complex product features into clear, impactful messaging tailored to financial services clients.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for Leanâs product lines
- Create high-impact sales and marketing collateral, including decks, one-pagers, and product demos
- Support the commercial team with training materials and pitch content to enhance sales success
- Identify and map key industry-specific use cases and value propositions
- Maintain and regularly update product marketing collateral with client and sales team feedback
- Collaborate with Product team to validate features, gather market input, and align messaging
- Conduct market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product development
- Ensure messaging consistency across Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and customer behavior trends
- Apply A/B testing and prototyping techniques to optimize GTM strategies
Experience & skills
- 3â5 years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
- Experience in fintech or payments is preferred
- Proven ability in sales enablement and GTM content creation (e.g., sales decks, one-pagers, demos)
- Technical copywriting skills with experience in drafting product specs and marketing assets
- Strong storytelling capabilities to simplify complex technical features for commercial use
- Familiarity with martech tools including CRM, analytics, and automation platforms
- Proficiency in market research, client interviews, and competitive analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a highly organized work ethic
