The role involves working on multiple client engagements, managing project delivery and engagement economics, and supporting long-term sustainability transformation and performance improvement initiatives. The Manager engages with clients at all levels to analyze regulatory changes, assess organizational strengths and weaknesses, and develop solutions to complex sustainability and climate-related business challenges. Responsibilities include developing and executing sustainability, ESG, climate risk, and net zero strategies; advising on ESG reporting and regulatory frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, and local regulations; and leading workshops and presentations. The role also requires driving business development, identifying market opportunities, converting new engagements, mentoring project teams, and contributing to EY’s sustainability practice growth.
