The Sales Manager (Ultra-Luxury Real Estate) at OMNIYAT is a senior sales leadership role responsible for representing OMNIYAT’s portfolio of ultra-luxury residential developments and high-end commercial spaces in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Founded in 2005, OMNIYAT is Dubai’s most visionary real estate developer, renowned for redefining luxury living through immersive, art-inspired environments that merge design, innovation, craftsmanship, and service. In this role, the Sales Manager leads the full sales cycle for flagship developments, managing complex, multi-million-dirham transactions with precision, discretion, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. The position involves direct engagement with high-net-worth individuals and global investors, requiring deep expertise in high-value real estate sales, refined understanding of the ultra-prime real estate market, and the ability to articulate OMNIYAT’s unique value proposition. The Sales Manager collaborates closely with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to align commercial strategy and execution, while continuously analysing market dynamics to identify opportunities and craft bespoke sales strategies tailored to each project. Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full sales cycle for OMNIYAT’s flagship ultra-luxury residential and commercial developments, from initial client presentation and engagement through negotiation, contracting, and successful transaction closure
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalized client experience at every stage of the sales journey, ensuring all touchpoints consistently reflect OMNIYAT’s uncompromising standards of quality, discretion, and luxury
- Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, global investors, strategic partners, and luxury real estate brokers to support sustained sales performance
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Development, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with project positioning, development timelines, and operational execution
- Analyse market dynamics, investor behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and develop bespoke, project-specific sales strategies that maximize value and demand
Experience & skills
- Proven and demonstrated track record in high-value real estate sales, with a strong preference for experience within Dubai’s luxury or ultra-prime real estate market
- Established experience managing and closing multi-million-dirham property transactions while representing premium or ultra-luxury real estate brands
- Deep understanding of the ultra-luxury real estate market, investor expectations, and the commercial drivers influencing high-net-worth individual purchasing decisions
- Professional experience engaging with high-net-worth individuals, global investors, and luxury-focused partners within exclusive and high-end real estate environments
