Job description
The Executive Creative Director will establish and lead Tahalufâs in-house Creative Production Studio, setting the standard for visual and technical design across all live events and conferences. This role blends high-level creative direction with operational oversight, ensuring premium output, cost-effective execution, and a recognisable Tahaluf creative signature across all portfolios.

Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and performance-manage the in-house Creative Production Studio.
- Direct creative output across 3D/2D designers, CAD teams, and production resources.
- Develop a recognisable Tahaluf signature for stages, activations, and environments.
- Ensure design-to-budget alignment, feasibility, and value engineering in all projects.
- Produce supplier-ready packs for RFPs, including renders, CAD, technical specs, and optioning.
- Manage supplier strategy, market benchmarking, and cost control with Procurement.
- Support delivery readiness, long-lead planning, and change control processes.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing, Operations, and Portfolio Directors to ensure creative intent is maintained.
- Integrate modular and reusable scenic elements where possible to improve efficiency.
- Champion AI-enabled design workflows to accelerate output without compromising quality.
- Run post-event reviews to continuously improve standards, efficiency, and creative impact.
