Job description
Intelligent document processing, GenAI-enabled reporting, AI-assisted credit analysis and intelligent reconciliations are among the use cases banks now want help with, and EY's FAAS Banking and Capital Markets practice in Riyadh is building that capability. This Manager supports finance transformation, operating model design, core banking modernisation and technology-enabled change for leading banks and financial institutions. Client work starts with current-state challenges across business, finance, operations, technology, risk and compliance, then moves to target-state requirements and practical roadmaps. Deliverables include process designs, capability maps, target operating models and governance structures. Large programmes also need PMO setup, milestone tracking, RAID management, business readiness and executive reporting. Proposals, credentials, scope definition and effort estimation help grow the practice, alongside boardroom-ready materials. Junior team members look to you for coaching and quality review. Candidates bring 5 to 7 years at a top-tier consulting firm, Big Four advisory practice or banking transformation environment, with strong exposure to retail, corporate or transaction banking, treasury, payments, lending or capital markets. Fluent English is required, Arabic is an advantage, and qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, PMP or Prince2 are valued.
