Job description
Reporting to the Workforce Services Manager, with functional guidance from the Regional Workforce Services Manager, this position checks that contractors bring people onto Bechtel's Ar Rjum gold project the right way. Contractor mobilisation activities and records are audited against project procedures and workforce standards. Workforce data and supporting documents are reviewed for accuracy and completeness, and non-compliances, process gaps and trends are flagged. Compliance databases, audit logs, dashboards and tracking registers are kept current. Regular reports and metrics go to the Mobilisation Compliance Lead and the wider Workforce Services team. Contractors are followed up until audit findings and corrective actions are closed. Construction, project management, subcontractor representatives and the ES&H, Security and Contracts functions are frequent contacts. Living in the project camp in Saudi Arabia is a condition of the role. At least 5 years in compliance, auditing, workforce services or mobilisation on major construction, mining or industrial projects is required, along with knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and site access controls.
