Job description
The Social Media & Community Manager will support Tahaluf’s award-winning events—Cityscape Global and Global Health Exhibition—on a short-term basis until end of November. The role is responsible for developing platform-specific social content, growing social media audiences, and maintaining community engagement. Working closely with marketing managers, stakeholders, and vendors, the role supports the delivery of brand engagement goals and social campaigns, ensuring audience retention and content quality across Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted social media content across multiple platforms
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns aligned with marketing strategies
- Execute media plans and produce visual and written marketing materials
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all posts and interactions
- Create impactful, insight-led copy for social media content
- Analyze metrics to drive data-informed social strategies
- Conduct market research to track customer, competitor, and market trends
- Foster community engagement and ensure a valuable group experience
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
- Attend and manage on-ground social media coverage at Global Health Exhibition (Oct 27–30) and Cityscape Global (Nov 17–20)
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience managing content and strategy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics
- Experience in community engagement and management
- Availability to attend events in Riyadh during specified dates
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate platform-specific content
