Job description
The Solution Consultant – Digital Media role at Adobe provides technical pre-sales leadership supporting Enterprise sales teams across the Middle East, with a focus on closing large Creative Cloud and Document Cloud opportunities. The role is responsible for owning both the business and technical dimensions of customer engagements throughout the sales lifecycle, including pre-sales analysis, RFI and RFP responses, competitor analysis, customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and executive-level presentations. The position acts as a trusted technical advisor to Account Executives and Sales Specialists, translating customer business requirements into Adobe Digital Media solutions that optimize creative and document workflows. The role also collaborates closely with marketing, customer success, and product management teams to provide industry insights and feedback that influence solution direction, while supporting internal teams across pre-sales and post-sales handover activities.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical pre-sales support to Enterprise sales teams for Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud opportunities.
- Own and manage RFI and RFP responses, including technical solution design and documentation.
- Conduct competitor analysis to support deal strategy and positioning.
- Deliver customer workshops, executive briefings, and public speaking engagements.
- Demonstrate Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions through web-based and on-site demonstrations.
- Translate business, technical, and workflow requirements into Adobe solution architectures.
- Support Account Executives in solution qualification, presentation development, and deal execution.
- Act as the technical and business owner of customer challenges throughout the sales cycle.
- Provide post-sales support to internal teams to ensure smooth transition across the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with customer success and product marketing teams to provide market and industry feedback.
- Participate in roadshows, conferences, and other sales enablement activities.
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud solutions.
- Demonstrate experience working with Adobe Document Cloud solutions.
- Possess experience in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or consulting environment.
- Demonstrate familiarity with APIs, web services, SOA, application servers, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Show understanding of creative application workflows and document workflow automation.
- Demonstrate strong customer-facing experience with the ability to engage at C-level.
- Possess strong verbal, written, presentation, and technical documentation skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Be self-managed, responsive, and capable of working independently against defined goals.
