Job description
The Senior Tax Advisory Manager at Moove is tasked with leading groupâwide tax advisory functions across all jurisdictions, from design to postâimplementation monitoring, whilst managing global tax risks. The role covers new product reviews, tax legal matters, business and operations support, group transfer pricing assessments and policy implementation, entity structure reviews, tax healthâchecks, oversight of tax audits, and documentation of tax operating models. The individual will work with internal stakeholders and external advisors, assist in designing and implementing tax strategies, policies and governance principles, and support the Finance team in a dynamic, fastâpaced mobility finance environment.

Key responsibilities
- Manage group tax advisory projects across multiple tax types including corporate income tax, VAT and withholding tax
- Conduct tax health checks in all jurisdictions and define action plans
- Manage group transfer pricing reviews, implementation projects, documentation and advisory
- Oversee groupâwide tax audits and ensure appropriate responses and governance
- Perform new product tax reviews and tax legal contract reviews
- Manage tax review of entity establishment and group structure across jurisdictions
- Support the design and implementation of tax strategies, policies and governance principles
- Establish documented tax operating models across all jurisdictions
- Collaborate with Finance team and internal stakeholders to align tax advisory with business operations
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 7â8 years post qualification experience in international tax advisory covering corporate income tax, VAT and withholding tax
- At least 5 yearsâ experience working in industry, ideally in a startâup environment
- Strong handsâon transfer pricing knowledge and experience including design and implementation of policies and models
- Solid working knowledge of finance, accounting and basic legal issues
- Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex tax issues to nonâtax professionals
- Proven ability to provide practical businessâsuitable solutions for complex tax matters
- Experience supporting funding requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Capability to work in a fastâpaced dynamic environment with aggressive timelines and execution focus
