Key responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard company interests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support decisions and strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify legal issues and provide solutions.
- Assist in managing disputes, liaising with external counsel as necessary.
- Stay current with legal developments and regulatory changes.
- Facilitate training on legal best practices and compliance for internal departments.
Experience & skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution.
- 5ā7 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in corporate or entertainment sectors.
- Strong expertise in corporate law and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
