Job description
The Manager, Technology Account Manager in Kuwait at Mastercard is responsible for end-to-end project leadership on small to mid-sized initiatives, supporting the product delivery process, and ensuring integrated solutions meet customer needs. The role involves collaboration with Customer Delivery teams, internal partners, and key stakeholders to deliver solutions, analyze performance data, identify customer requirements, and maintain strong working relationships with partners in Product and Technology. The manager acts as a resource lead, providing guidance on complex problems and facilitating the delivery of customer-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities
- Act as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
- Support the product delivery process by developing delivery process maps and completing assigned tasks
- Contribute to the delivery of integrated solutions addressing customer needs
- Assist Customer Delivery teams, internal partners, and stakeholders with regional support
- Research and deliver solutions for complex problems, responding to inquiries on products and tools
- Analyze data from product delivery projects and report on performance relative to success metrics
- Identify customer needs and contribute to integrated solution delivery
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in Product and Technology
Experience & skills
- The candidate must have moderate professional experience in financial services, digital payments, or a related field, demonstrating an understanding of industry standards and operational practices.
- Proficiency in Mastercard’s product delivery processes, including the ability to map processes, execute tasks, and manage delivery milestones.
- Experience acting as a resource lead on projects, including coordinating multiple internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless solution deployment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review project performance data, identify trends, generate reports, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Proven capability in customer support and relationship management, including interacting with business clients and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Demonstrated skill in cross-functional collaboration, managing dependencies between teams, aligning priorities, and communicating effectively to ensure clarity and accountability.
- Ability to handle complex problem-solving scenarios, providing solutions under tight timelines, and ensuring all processes comply with organizational policies and security standards.
- Must be based in Kuwait and able to operate on-site, with familiarity with local business and regulatory environments within financial services and payments.
