Job description
The Director Family Office & Corporate Sales at Emirates NBD is responsible for driving institutional and family office distribution of ENBD Asset Management funds across a wide product mix with a target of raising AED 2 billion in assets under management while ensuring high persistency, strong client satisfaction, and long-term investment behaviour. The role operates within Emirates NBDâs asset management and institutional sales ecosystem and focuses on managing relationships with sophisticated investors including family offices, institutional allocators, and distribution partners across the UAE, GCC and Asia. The mandate includes achieving and exceeding asset-raising targets, ensuring high client retention, expanding the client base, promoting suitable funds, communicating both upside and downside risks, discouraging product churning, and driving revenue growth. The position requires hands-on expertise in fund structuring, investment management, institutional sales, and deep industry knowledge of complex family office and institutional relationships. The Director must motivate and lead a high-performing sales team, leverage established networks across the UAE/GCC/Asia, and deliver tailored investment solutions with responsive support. The role supports ENBDâs broader presence as a MENAT financial services leader across 13 countries and its strategic focus on digital and institutional banking.

Experience & skills

- Ability to promote suitable funds and communicate risk characteristics to distributors
