Job description
The Assistant Manager â Software Developer will be responsible for identifying and implementing automation opportunities within the bank to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize business processes. This includes end-to-end ownership of automation workflowsâ from process analysis and design through development, deployment, and user training. The role emphasizes expertise in RPA and BPM tools and requires an understanding of banking operations and agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Develop automation workflows using RPA tools and integrate with existing systems.
- Test automation workflows, debug issues, and validate results.
- Deploy automation solutions and ensure their ongoing stability and maintenance.
- Monitor automation performance and address errors or enhancements as needed.
- Create comprehensive documentation including design documents, user guides, and training materials.
- Provide training and support to end-users for effective use of automation solutions.
Experience & skills
- More than 5 years of relevant automation experience; 3+ years in banking process automation preferred.
- Understanding of banking business operations.
- Proficiency in RPA and BPM tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, IBM BPM, Ultimus, etc.
- Some experience in application development.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle.
- Experience working on agile projects.
- Bachelorâs degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering or B.Sc.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic preferred.
