The Senior Design Manager at AtkinsRéalis will lead the delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects in Dubai and the wider GCC region, with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Middle East. This role involves coordinating design execution across diverse technical teams, developing and maintaining multi-disciplinary project programmes, and ensuring the timely delivery of design packages aligned with construction phasing and scheduling. The selected candidate will serve as the central point of contact between internal design teams and the client’s technical representatives, resolving design integration issues and overseeing design quality and functionality. Responsibilities include managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to change management and financial deliverable tracking. Experience in leisure and entertainment sectors, including theme parks, malls, and stadiums, is preferred. The role also involves financial oversight of design deliverables, client advisory on technical queries, and ongoing coordination with project directors to ensure project alignment and client satisfaction.
