Job description
The Manager ā Performance Marketing will lead the strategic direction, execution, and optimization of Jumeirah Groupās global digital performance initiatives across paid search, social, metasearch, and programmatic channels. This role will drive measurable growth in bookings, brand visibility, and ROI across Jumeirahās portfolio of world-class hotels and experiences. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially minded, and experienced in orchestrating high-impact campaigns that translate digital insights into tangible revenue performance.

Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee global performance marketing strategies across multiple paid media channels to drive brand growth and revenue.
- Manage agency partnerships and ensure alignment with Jumeirahās brand objectives and digital strategy.
- Own end-to-end campaign performanceāoptimising bidding strategies, budgets, targeting, and creative execution to achieve performance KPIs.
- Analyse campaign data, performance dashboards, and key metrics to inform continuous improvement and budget allocation decisions.
- Lead quarterly business reviews and performance presentations for internal stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and media teams to ensure integrated campaign execution and audience consistency across channels.
- Utilize A/B testing, CRO, and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio) to drive data-backed decision-making and improve conversion efficiency.
- Oversee metasearch performance across Jumeirahās digital ecosystem to maximise direct bookings and reduce dependency on intermediaries.
- Plan and manage annual performance marketing budgets, pacing, and reallocation to optimise ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
- Lead a small team of specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results-driven performance.
- Support the brandās global digital transformation initiatives and advocate for automation, personalization, and AI-driven marketing innovations.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline; Masterās degree preferred.
- 8ā10 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably within hospitality, travel, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise managing large-scale campaigns across paid search, metasearch, paid social, and programmatic display.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable business results through data-led marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with deep familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and data visualization tools.
- Experience in conversion optimization, audience segmentation, and campaign automation.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience managing teams and agencies.
- Advanced understanding of ROI-driven marketing, attribution modelling, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the luxury hospitality sector or global travel brands preferred.
