Job description
The Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor at ENOC Dubai is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations for lubricant and grease products. The role ensures timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, empty packages, and accessories, supporting production and distribution requirements across all products. Responsibilities include supplier assessment, maintaining stock records, managing customer orders, coordinating blending arrangements, planning export shipments, and monitoring delivery priorities to optimize operational efficiency. The supervisor serves as a key liaison between marketing, technology managers, plants, and suppliers, while ensuring compliance with ENOC's standards, procedures, and ERP system requirements. The position also involves analyzing sales forecasts, preparing budgeting and cost reports, handling vendor bill verification, investigating customer complaints, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Arrange raw material supplies considering design, cost, delivery, invoicing, and inventory control.
- Procure empty packages and accessories for lubricant and grease filling, identify suppliers, establish supply arrangements, and conduct continuous vendor assessments to ensure quality standards.
- Establish and implement customer orders, monitor delivery procedures, and initiate corrective actions for compliance deficiencies.
- Compile and analyze sales forecasts from the sales team for procurement planning purposes.
- Act as custodian for new product package development, liaising with marketing, technology managers, and suppliers.
- Assist S&D Manager in establishing new blending arrangements locally and internationally.
- Review export shipment plans, coordinate with plant logistics and customer service representatives, and initiate necessary changes to meet delivery schedules.
- Determine and assign delivery priorities for customer orders and evaluate shipment costs to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain detailed stock records of finished goods and raw materials, implementing minimum stock control procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with the S&D Manager.
- Serve as main contact point with ENOC IT regarding supply chain ERP system administration and modifications.
- Provide data and analysis of budgeting information, sales, and product costs, making recommendations to management.
- Coordinate closely with EPPCO Lubricants CSS to ensure timely production of orders.
- Scrutinize and verify vendor bills related to packages, raw materials, and other imported items for payment.
Experience & skills
- University Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- 6β8 yearsβ experience in supply chain operations, preferably in lubricants or related industry.
- Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Logical, methodical, and highly analytical.
- Understanding of export procedures from UAE.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Strong diplomacy and stakeholder management skills.
