Job description
The Assistant Manager ā Process Documentation & Workflows supports EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services by leading the design, documentation and enhancement of business processes, standard operating procedures and workflow frameworks within revenue optimization programs. The role involves developing operating models and organizational blueprints to standardize practices across government entities, preparing guideline manuals, policies and visual process maps using PowerPoint and business process modeling tools, and supporting transformation teams to align processes with financial and performance objectives. Responsibilities include coordinating with client stakeholders to validate, test and roll out new procedures, applying strong capability in process design, SOP development, workflow optimization, operating model design and process re-engineering, analyzing large datasets and translating insights into practical improvements, and utilizing knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process automation and BPM tools, particularly within public sector operating model design and workflow digitization.

Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelorās degree in business administration, industrial engineering or related fields
- Possess CMA or FMVA certification
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience including at least 3 years in a Big 4 firm
- Demonstrate proven experience in developing policies, guidelines and process manuals for government transformation projects
- Have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, process automation or BPM tools
- Hold experience in public sector operating model design and workflow digitization
