Job description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Property Finder is responsible for driving positioning, go-to-market strategy, and adoption of B2B products for agents, brokers, and real estate agencies. This role partners closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, CX, Brand, Legal, and other teams to translate customer needs and product capabilities into clear market value, create impactful product narratives, and ensure successful launches that deliver adoption and revenue impact. The manager is accountable for product positioning, value proposition development, sales enablement, content creation, and adoption tracking, acting as the voice of the market to ensure products meet customer expectations. Key deliverables include end-to-end go-to-market planning, structured field enablement, identification of market gaps, monitoring competitive landscape, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Success requires strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, analytical ability, and excellent communication to align multiple stakeholders and drive market adoption in a B2B technology environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and evolve positioning, value propositions, and messaging for Property Finder’s B2B product portfolio
- Translate product capabilities into clear customer outcomes, business value, and differentiation
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and business readiness for product launches and feature releases
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Training, Legal, and other teams for launch execution and commercial effectiveness
- Define target segments, core use cases, value narratives, and success criteria for launches
- Enable field teams with structured training, positioning guidance, use cases, sales narratives, and objection handling frameworks
- Bring structured customer, usage, and market insights into discussions with Product and leadership to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust positioning to reflect market dynamics
- Define and oversee creation of content and assets to support product messaging, launches, and field enablement
- Track key metrics for launch performance, product adoption, and usage, identifying barriers and driving actions to address gaps
- Drive clarity, decision making, and alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
Experience & skills
- 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar market-facing product role
- Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams in technology, SaaS, marketplace, or platform businesses
- Strong B2B experience managing products or solutions sold to business customers
- Ability to translate complex products into clear business value and commercial narratives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience supporting commercial teams and driving product adoption
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with product and business metrics
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in fast-moving, evolving environments
