Job description
This role within the Regional Retail Media Partnerships team is responsible for managing and growing retail media partnerships with packaged goods, personal care, frozen, and household brands. The manager acts as a trusted partner to these brands, helping them leverage talabatās retail media solutions and data tools to drive category growth, brand visibility, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with suppliers, distributors, and agencies, developing tailored advertising and data-driven strategies aligned with commercial objectives, driving adoption of data tools, optimizing campaigns to deliver high ROAS and brand impact, collaborating with Talabat Mart and local market commercial teams on trade calendars, launches, and promotions, identifying new media partnership opportunities, expanding existing relationships, providing structured product feedback to internal teams, overseeing execution of partner activations across media and marketing channels, aligning local and regional account priorities, staying ahead of packaged goods, household, and personal care trends, and sharing best practices internally to enable cross-market collaboration. The role emphasizes the use of advanced Excel, Looker, Tableau, and requires expertise in retail media, e-commerce, and CPG account management.

- Build and nurture relationships with packaged goods, personal care, frozen, and household suppliers, distributors, and agencies to maximize engagement with retail media solutions
- Develop tailored advertising and data-driven strategies to support brand and category growth on the talabat platform
- Drive adoption of talabatās data tools and translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand performance
- Optimize campaigns to deliver high ROAS, brand visibility, and category impact
- Collaborate with Talabat Mart and local market commercial teams to align media activations with trade calendars, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Identify opportunities, close new media partnerships, and expand existing relationships to grow retail media adoption
- Provide structured insights and feedback to product teams for development of solutions tailored to packaged goods and personal care categories
- Oversee execution of partner activations across media and marketing channels ensuring operational excellence
- Align local and regional account priorities, track progress, and intervene when necessary
- Monitor market trends in packaged goods, household, and personal care to position talabat as a strategic partner
- Share best practices internally and build networks to enable cross-market collaboration
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG, retail, media, or tech
- Experience managing CPG accounts, particularly in packaged goods, frozen, household, or personal care
- Background in e-commerce or retail media is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering against commercial or media performance targets
- Strong stakeholder management skills across brands, agencies, and internal teams
- Excellent data storytelling skills with advanced Excel (Looker/Tableau experience a plus)
- Ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders and agency partners
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational execution
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
