Job description

Mezzan Holding Co. is a prominent food, healthcare, and consumer conglomerate in the Middle East with operations across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Jordan. The Trade Marketing Executive will collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to design and execute trade marketing strategies, support the sales team with marketing assets, conduct market research, manage promotions and in-store activities, and track the effectiveness of trade marketing efforts to ensure growth and alignment with brand and shopper insights.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager to design and execute trade marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives and retail partner requirements.
- Provide the sales team with the necessary tools, collateral, and marketing assets to effectively promote products and drive sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in trade marketing efforts.
- Develop yearly promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers' insights.
- Conduct periodic trade visits to assess new launches implementation in key markets.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, product launches, and events, ensuring timely and efficient execution at the retail level.
- Assist in managing the trade marketing budget, ensuring that promotional activities are cost-effective and deliver a strong ROI.
- Track and report on the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Experience & skills
- A minimum of 2 years in a trade marketing, brand management, preferably within a consumer goods, FMCG within Middle East.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelorās degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
