Job description
Responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements and converting them into technical requirements for end-to-end solutions. Acts as Technology Single Point of Contact with business units to provide optimum solutions with cost-effective and improved Time to Market (TTM). Facilitates all Digital Initiatives, adapts Agile and DevOps practices, communicates feasibility and cost estimates, and leads solution design and implementation for Digital platforms (Mobile App, Portal), middleware, and associated IT nodes. Manages Business as Usual tasks and Change Requests within agreed SLA, oversees ADM vendor management including HLD & LLD approvals, optimizes man-days, and aligns technology capabilities with marketing/product needs. Supports inter-departmental coordination, SLA/KPI management, acceptance criteria, quality checks, UAT/regression testing, configuration management, system integration, and deployment. Provides leadership in project facilitation, process frameworks, cost-saving measures, and vendor governance. Guides project members, aligns projects with Ooredoo group strategy, and ensures compliance with enterprise architecture and telecom best practices. Leads Siebel CRM architecture for Telecom solutions, designs integrations across BSS/OSS nodes, translates business requirements into scalable Siebel designs, defines performance, security, and scalability standards, and collaborates with business stakeholders, product owners, and enterprise architects.

Key responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, perform feasibility studies, and provide solution recommendations with Time to Market
- Support and coordinate with all stakeholders to align with expected business unit requirements
- Manage technical deliverables from feasibility to implementation based on business requirements
- Communicate with ADM vendor regarding priority, requirement pipeline, and resource capacity
- Convert business requirements to functional/technical requirements and prepare feasibility study & High Level Design (HLD)
- Develop cost analyses, design considerations, and implementation timelines
- Agree with ADM vendor on solution complexity and expected man-days
- Manage relationships with ADM vendor and technology partners to align technology capabilities with product needs
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications between Technology and Business Teams for strategic service/product launches
- Drive SLA/KPI for ADM and highlight project issues with improvement recommendations
- Set acceptance criteria and perform post-development/deployment checks of features/products
- Perform quality checks and monitor performance KPIs for delivered products with supporting documentation
- Seek approvals from Design and Control (DAC) & Change Approval Board for smooth deployment
- Manage solution delivery timeline, performance, SLA, and quality control across all testing phases including UAT and regression testing
- Assign BAU/TMO requests to vendors ensuring delivery per business requirements
- Capture configuration management changes and maintain proper documentation
- Supervise system integration/functional testing and deployment to UAT
- Assist management in developing and implementing procedures and standards for efficiency improvements
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures ensuring future-proof solutions within budget
- Provide vendor management and leadership in project team activities

Experience & skills
- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/Computer/Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Degree approved by Kuwait Society of Engineers (for engineers)
- Oracle SOA certification
- Siebel certification(s)
- TOGAF or other architecture certification
- Trained in DevOps tools
- Trained in Agile methodologies
- Experience with Siebel to Cloud CRM migration
- Exposure to Agile / SAFe methodologies
