Job description
One of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia needs commercial discipline applied to every contract, claim, and cost report that crosses its desk, and that discipline is what this Senior Manager, Claims Management role provides. You will direct the preparation and formal execution of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licences with all relevant parties. Large teams get led here, driving performance, behaviours, and continuous improvement to hit organisational KPIs. Valuation measurement gets overseen to keep cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting accurate and dependable. Monthly post-contract cost reports get directed through production and client presentation, keeping clients informed of where costs actually stand. Cost impacts arising from design changes, contract awards, construction activities, and client-driven requirements get identified proactively, before they turn into bigger problems. Contractor and subcontractor claims related to delays and additional costs get evaluated and overseen throughout the programme. Practical completion certificates get issued under this role's direction, with advice given on making-good-defects and final completion requirements. Enhancements to cost management procedures, tools, and templates get led through the Cost Consultants team, supporting net-zero carbon objectives alongside continuous improvement.
